Just read your review, I'm sorry you feel that way. We are a small business and work hard to try to ship orders as quickly as possible, but for additional context, on Monday for our Memorial Day Sale last week we did 60% of the sales we did the entire month of May. Unfortunately doubling or tripling our staff for a few weeks out of the year just isn't an option with all the training we would have to do. As a small business, I don't require our employees to work weekends so if you place your order on a Friday, the soonest it will ship is a Monday.

So it looks like throughout your order history, most of your orders are placed during the weekend when we're closed, then shipped first thing when we're back in the shop Monday morning. I would suggest placing your order during the week and then sending us an e-mail that you need it rushed. That'll make sure it goes out the same day you place it.
I know a lot of customers expect every company to operate like Amazon nowadays, but we like keeping our employees happy and treating them well. We don't overwork them as we believe that a proper work life balance allows us to create a better product and service.
